Common Concerns We Address
Anxiety During Pregnancy
Pregnancy can intensify existing anxiety or trigger new worries about your health, your baby's well-being, childbirth, or your transition to motherhood. We provide effective strategies to manage these concerns in ways that honor both your needs and the developing relationship with your baby.
Prenatal Depression
The hormonal shifts, physical changes, and life adjustments of pregnancy can contribute to depression. We offer supportive therapy to address prenatal depression symptoms and help you connect with the positive aspects of this transformative experience.
Pregnancy-Related Stress
From workplace challenges to relationship changes, financial concerns to body image issues—pregnancy adds new dimensions to life's stressors. We help you develop coping skills and perspectives that reduce stress and promote well-being.
Previous Pregnancy Loss
If you've experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or termination, pregnancy after loss can bring complex emotions. We provide a safe space to process grief and anxiety while building confidence in your current pregnancy journey.
