Join Our Team of Neurodiversity-Affirming Clinicians
Help families build connection, understanding, and confidence through strength-based therapy and parent support
Who We Are
Everyday Parenting is a therapy practice serving neurodivergent children and their families in New York City and Westchester County, with parent coaching available via Zoom.
Our team specializes in neurodiversity-affirming approaches that honor how children naturally experience the world while helping families navigate real-world challenges.
We work with families seeking support for ADHD, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and developmental differences. Our clinicians provide adult therapy (with particular expertise in perinatal support, IFS, and parents with ADHD), DIR/Floortime for young autistic children, child therapy for anxiety and behavioral concerns, and parent coaching for families navigating neurodivergence, giftedness, and twice-exceptionality.
Our approach balances affirmation with pragmatism. We celebrate neurodivergent strengths while acknowledging the genuine challenges families face in systems that weren't designed for them. We help parents advocate effectively, understand their children's needs, and build realistic strategies that work within real-world constraints.
Why Join Us
Collaborative, Values-Aligned Environment

Flexible Practice Options
We offer both in-person positions at our NYC locations and remote parent coaching roles, with scheduling flexibility to support work-life balance.
Clinical Freedom With Support
Bring your expertise and therapeutic style to your work. Whether you specialize in IFS, somatic approaches, DIR/Floortime, CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based modalities, you'll have autonomy in how you serve your clients.
Professional Growth
Join a team that values ongoing learning, peer consultation, and staying current with research on neurodevelopment, trauma-informed care, and family systems.
Meaningful Impact
Help families move from overwhelm to understanding, from conflict to connection. Our work changes how parents see their children and how children see themselves.
