Please check with your health insurance plan to find out about your deductible, any required pre-approval, and whether you will qualify for some reimbursement for our out-of-network services. We cannot predict nor guarantee how your plan may (or may not) cover our services. Please discuss any related questions with your clinician or our practice Administrative Assistant.

If you do NOT have any insurance, or you chose NOT to submit for reimbursement, then you are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate.
